In-Office Massage Therapy for Recovery, Performance, and Pain Relief
Roots Bodywork offers customized therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, stretching, instrument-assisted(IASTM), and cupping techniques to meet each client’s individual needs.
Each session is tailored to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance — whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or simply want to move and feel better.
We use Organic Shea Butter and unscented Coconut Oil blended for massage.

Mobile Massage
Customized therapeutic massage and bodywork brought to your home or another approved location.
All you need is the space. Roots brings the massage table, fresh linens, music, and everything needed for your session.
Roots uses organic shea butter and unscented coconut oil. Alternatives are available upon request.
Mobile service is available within an 8-mile radius of the Roots office. Locations beyond 8 miles require approval and may include a mileage fee.

Helping Hardworking Teams Feel and Perform Their Best
Professional table-based massage and bodywork brought directly to businesses, municipal departments, public safety teams, and other organizations.
Workplace sessions can support employee appreciation, wellness, recovery, safety initiatives, and staff events. Choose 10-, 15-, or 20-minute sessions per participant. Available for one-time events or ongoing workplace wellness programs.
